- Director of Programming (2025-2027): must be an RID & OCRID Certified member for at least 2 years
- Director of Meetings (2025-2027): requires a minimum of 6 months OCRID membership.
- Director of Communications (2025-2027): requires a minimum of 6 months OCRID membership.
- Member-a-Large (2025-2027): requires a minimum of 6 months OCRID membership.
ONE year term that need coverage:
- Deaf Member-a-Large (2025-2026): requires a minimum of 6 months OCRID membership.
Officer Roles & Responsibilities
Director of Programming
In the absence of the President, The Director of Programming shall perform all the duties of the President and in so acting shall have all the powers of the President. Additionally, the Director of Programming:
1. Oversees the Certification Maintenance Program in conjunction with the CMP Coordinator.
2. Establishes budgets for all programs (e.g., Annual Conference Committee, Professional Development Committee).
3.Provides periodic reports on programming services to the Board of Directors. d. Shall have other duties applicable to the office as prescribed by the parliamentary authority.

Director of Meetings
The Director of Meetings shall keep a full and accurate record of the proceedings of the Board and annual and/or special business meetings of the membership, maintain the records of OCRID, handle all official correspondence of OCRID, oversee the logistics of all meetings (including the annual conference), and ensure the safe handling of OCRID historical archives. Additionally, the Director of Meetings:
a. Provides periodic reports on membership services to the Board of Directors. b. Shall have other duties applicable to the office as prescribed by the parliamentary authority.

Director of Communications
The Director of Communications shall oversee communications to the membership and the broader community, such as updating the website, managing social media accounts, and all publications. Additionally, the Director of Communications:
a. Oversees the Scholarship and Awards Committee.
b. Provides periodic reports on communications to the Board of Directors.
c. Provides periodic reports of membership numbers to the Board of Directors.
d. Shall have other duties applicable to the office as prescribed by the parliamentary authority.

Member at Large
Member at Large develops partnerships within the community at large by serving as a contact and liaison with community organizations to keep abreast of happenings and current events in the community. Additionally, the Member at Large:

Assists with the coordination of activities and communication within the organization.

Works with the Deaf Member-at-Large to oversee the maintenance and revisions of the Policies and Procedures Manual and volunteer leadership documents.

Shall have other duties applicable to the office as prescribed by the parliamentary authority.

Deaf Member at Large
